Organizations with a CliftonStrengths subscription to Gallup Access can distribute access codes in two formats: single-use and multi-use.
Single-use codes are unique to each individual and can be used only one time. Use single-use codes when you want to track participation by person.
Multi-use codes can be redeemed multiple times and work well when you want to distribute one code to a group. This simplifies distribution when you do not need to track individuals at the point of distribution.
Note: If you do not have a subscription, you will not be able to create multi-use code bundles.
Create a multi-use access code bundle
When you purchase access codes, Gallup Access places them in a Single-Use Code bundle by default. If you have a CliftonStrengths subscription to Gallup Access, you can create a Multi-Use bundle by following these steps.
Step 1: Go to Code Management
Sign in to Gallup Access. From the Menu in the upper-left corner, select Code Management. On the Code Management page, in the Quick Actions area, select Create and Manage Bundles. On the Manage Bundles page, select Create Bundle.
Step 2: Select the access code category and type
On the first page of the Create Bundle flow, select the category and type of access codes you want to include in the new bundle, and then select Next. The options you see depend on the code types available in your account (for example, Top 5 Strengths, CliftonStrengths 34 or CliftonStrengths for Managers).
Step 3: Transfer access codes into the new bundle
Select the existing bundle you want to transfer access codes from. Enter the number of codes you want to move into your new bundle, and then select Next. To add access codes to the new bundle, you must transfer them from a non-archived bundle you have access to that has the same code type.
Step 4: Name the bundle and choose Multi-Use
Enter a name and description for the bundle. For Code Usage Type, select Multi-Use. If you want, you can also set a notification so Gallup alerts you when the remaining code uses in the bundle decrease to a specific amount.
Step 5: Review and create the bundle
On the next page, you can add other bundle owners (optional) or select Next to continue. Review the bundle details and confirm they are correct. To make changes, select Back. When everything looks correct, select Create Bundle.
Share a multi-use access code
After you create your Multi-Use bundle, open the bundle details page. Copy the Invite URL and share it with the individuals or groups you want to give access to.
